zoey nguyen

Zoey offers individual counseling for adults and young people age 11+. Rooted in a person-centered approach, she creates a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their inner world and move toward healing. Zoey adapts her work to the unique needs of each person, drawing on different therapeutic perspectives while keeping the relationship at the heart of therapy.

She has supported a wide range of clients, including cancer patients and their carers, survivors of abuse, adolescents, and young adults, both in the UK and Vietnam. Zoey works with concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and life transitions. She is dedicated to providing inclusive, affirming therapy for clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those with disabilities.

Born and raised in Hanoi and educated overseas, Zoey understands the challenges of navigating between cultures. This background informs her work with people who may be experiencing identity crises or the tension of living between different worlds.

Zoey holds a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Keele University (BACP accredited). She believes that therapy is a collaborative process—through genuine connection, careful listening, and curiosity, clients can find greater understanding of themselves and new possibilities for growth.
