Rhianon Walls ( Master’s Degree in Counselling) is Australian and has been in Hanoi for 12 1/2 years – working in the mental health field for 11 of those. Rhianon has a diverse range of experience in mental health spanning 30 years in counselling in both private and public sectors, including her own practice, in Australia and Hanoi.
Working with an insightful and empathic therapist can make the process less daunting, especially if you have never been to therapy before. She supports individuals in finding and using their strengths to become the empowered selves they want to be in a safe, nonjudgmental space. She works with teens and adults, mainly using rational emotive behaviour and dialectical behaviour therapy models, to assist you in regulating moods and emotions and working through culture and life adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. Rhianon has many years of experience as a relationship counsellor, using emotionally focused therapy, an evidence-based and effective therapy model that helps couples reconnect on deeper levels.
