About

Who we are

Founded in 2011, we are a self-regulating association of independent psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists working in Hanoi.

All our practitioners must be masters-qualified in counselling psychology or psychotherapy to join our group. Becoming a member requires a process of assessing qualifications, interviews and probationary period. Yet it doesn’t end there, all our members commit to maintaining an ethical, diligent practice, ongoing career professional development training, and supervisory oversight.

Where we are

We all live and work in Hanoi, and each of us commits to maintaining our own physical consulting rooms for in-person counselling and psychotherapy. Most of us also work online if necessary.

How to make an appointment

Please review our Therapists page to see if any one of our team might fit your needs. You may contact them directly. If you are unsure who would be appropriate for you, you may also contact the group email at counselinginhanoi@gmail.com and we will recommend a therapist for you.

Cost

As we are all independent practitioners the cost per session will depend on each therapist. We encourage you inquire about the cost in your opening email

For psychiatric services we recommend:
